This is the control document for the Knowledge Preservation Project. It tracks which knowledge areas have been migrated from conversation history into permanent, structured Control Centre records, and which still exist only in conversation. Update this after every migration session.
Important note on source material (added Sprint 2)
Sprint 2 was requested as a migration of “the ChatGPT conversation,” but no such transcript has ever been shared with Claude in this Control Centre. Sprint 2’s migration instead drew on Claude’s own accumulated memory of real past passlee.com work. If an actual ChatGPT export exists, it still needs to be uploaded or pasted in before it can be migrated – nothing from it has been lost or skipped, it simply has not yet been made available.
Migration Status
| Knowledge Area | Status | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Mission Control & Control Centre Development | Verified Complete | Migrated Sprint 1. |
| Website | In Progress | Migrated Sprint 2: mobile header fix and caching architecture now recorded. Still missing: full site structure, business details, content strategy. |
| SEO | In Progress | Migrated Sprint 2: one post-launch Search Console review recorded. Ongoing SEO strategy and keyword work not yet migrated. |
| Homepage Development | In Progress | Migrated Sprint 2: the mobile hero/header fix is recorded. Full homepage evolution history not yet migrated; the Homepage Blueprint page itself is still a blank Phase 1 placeholder. |
| Business Information | Not Started | PassLee service areas and offering not yet captured as structured records. |
| Technical Architecture | In Progress | Control Centre side covered by System Architecture (Phases 2-9). passlee.com side (caching, WordPress/Avada setup) now also covered by new Technical Notes as of Sprint 2. |
| AI Collaboration | Not Started | AI Knowledge page exists but is still a blank Phase 1 placeholder. |
| Mission Control | Verified Complete | Covered within the Mission Control & Control Centre Development article. |
| Development History | In Progress | Control Centre Phases 1-9 have Task records (Sprint 1). passlee.com-side changes (mobile fix, cache fix) now have Change records (Sprint 2). |
| Security History | Not Started | No security incident or recovery history found in memory; nothing migrated because nothing is currently known. |
| Google Search Console | In Progress | One post-launch review migrated as a Technical Note (Sprint 2). Further reviews, if any occur, should be added as additional Technical Notes or Change records rather than editing this one. |
| Future Roadmap | In Progress | Captured in the Project Status Roadmap field; not yet its own narrative article. |
| Decisions | In Progress | 6 Control Centre decisions (Sprint 1) + 2 passlee.com decisions (Sprint 2, mu-plugin approach and dynamic cache paths) now recorded. |
| Tasks | In Progress | 9 historical Control Centre phase Tasks + 1 active migration Task (Sprint 1). No new Tasks added in Sprint 2 (the passlee.com fixes were already complete, so they were recorded as Changes, not Tasks). |
| Changes | In Progress | 1 Control Centre migration Change (Sprint 1) + 2 passlee.com Changes – mobile header fix, cache path fix (Sprint 2). |
What still exists only in conversation history (or nowhere at all)
- Any content from an actual ChatGPT conversation, if one exists – not yet accessible to Claude.
- Full passlee.com content strategy and business details (service areas, offering).
- Any website security or recovery incidents – possibly genuinely nonexistent, or simply not yet in Claude’s memory.
- Ongoing/ranking-level SEO detail beyond the one Search Console review already migrated.
Recommended next migration
If a ChatGPT transcript becomes available, prioritise it per the original Priority Order (passlee.com SEO/content first). Otherwise, Business Information (PassLee’s service areas and offering) is the next well-bounded, genuinely-known category.
Sprint 3 – ChatGPT transcript migration (important finding)
The uploaded transcript (“Reconstructing PassLee Homepage”, a ChatGPT share export) has been fully read – all 11 messages, 100% processed – and it does not contain what was expected. It is not months of SEO/homepage/business work. It is a short meta-conversation in which Lee pasted Claude’s own Phase 8 and Phase 9 reports into ChatGPT for a second opinion, and ChatGPT recommended the exact “feed Claude the real transcript directly” strategy that led to this migration task. It contains no Search Console findings, no Google Business Profile detail, no review strategy, no content strategy, and no business decisions beyond what’s already in the Control Centre.
What it did contain, genuinely new and now migrated:
- Two pieces of real user feedback on the dashboard (“sea of text” before Phase 8; “too white and clinical” + an invisible-button-text bug after Phase 9) – merged into the existing Mission Control & Control Centre Development article rather than creating a duplicate.
- The invisible-button-text feedback led to finding and fixing a genuine CSS specificity bug, live on the Dashboard now, documented in a new Technical Note.
- That same investigation discovered the LiteSpeed Cache plugin is now active on this site (it was not in Phase 1), which had been silently serving stale pages during the fix – also documented in that Technical Note, since it affects how future PHP edits should be verified.
- A Decision record capturing why the AI-workflow itself changed (transcripts as primary evidence, not AI-relayed memory).
The transcript also references an earlier, separate ChatGPT conversation (“Reconstruct the old PassLee homepage from this SQL database… compare it with the current homepage”) – but the content of that reconstruction is not included in this export, only a passing mention of it. If that earlier conversation still exists, it – not this one – is likely where genuine homepage/SEO history actually lives, and would need to be exported and uploaded separately.
Updated status: Website / SEO / Homepage Development
Unchanged from Sprint 2 – this transcript did not add passlee.com SEO/homepage/business knowledge despite being framed as the source for exactly that. Still In Progress, still waiting on either the actual homepage-reconstruction conversation or direct input from Lee.
