PassLee should compete primarily through teaching quality, local expertise, trust, authentic learner experience, and consistency – rather than price competition alone.
Why this is a project milestone
This sprint captures the transition from describing services (“we teach automatic driving lessons in Worcester”) to communicating a distinctive business identity (calm, patient, locally-rooted, genuinely differentiated). It supports the broader authority and trust strategy established in earlier sprints – particularly the Sprint 4 shift to authority building and the Sprint 5 decision to prioritise authentic experience over generic SEO content. Business identity is the audience-facing counterpart to those SEO-facing decisions: the same underlying values (authenticity, trust, real experience) expressed as who PassLee is, not just what content it publishes.
