Why this is a project milestone
This decision marks the transition from AI chat history to knowledge-driven project management – recognised as one of the most significant architectural changes in the project, because it fundamentally changed how knowledge is managed: from something that lived (and could be lost) in conversation history, to something that lives permanently, structurally, in the Knowledge Site itself.
