Missing specifics
- Exact dates – the mobile header fix and cache path fix (Sprint 2) used approximate dates, explicitly flagged as such at the time. The security incident (Sprint 7) has no date at all. Homepage redesigns (Sprint 9) have no dates or version numbers.
- Screenshots and visual history – no before/after homepage screenshots, no visual record of past redesigns.
- Specific examples – no named review examples, no specific Pass Story examples, no actual messaging/tagline copy showing the “generic to distinctive” business identity shift, no specific Search Console numbers beyond general conclusions (page-2 average, low impressions vs. acceptable CTR).

Any conversations that could not be recovered
None are known to be unrecoverable – every conversation provided across Sprints 1-14 was fully processed. The one exception is the SQL homepage reconstruction conversation referenced but not supplied in Sprint 3 – it may still exist and simply hasn’t been exported/uploaded.
What this means going forward
These gaps are permanent unless the missing source material is found and provided later. They do not block the project from operating – the current strategy and decisions are well-documented – but they do mean some “why did we choose X specifically on date Y” questions cannot be answered from the Knowledge Site alone.
