This is the permanent record of the historical Knowledge Preservation migration (Sprints 1-15), created at the point the project judged that migration to be complete for all conversation history actually provided.
Scope
15 migration sprints, spanning 14 distinct conversations/sources processed (Sprint 15 was an audit of the prior 14, not a new source). Sources ranged from Claude’s own memory (Sprint 1), a genuinely thin ChatGPT transcript (Sprint 2-3), to substantial, directly-provided strategy content (Sprints 4-14).

- Business identity – positioning evolution, target audience, differentiators, brand consistency.
- AI collaboration & governance – the ChatGPT/Claude workflow, why the Knowledge Site exists, the migration process itself, project governance, development principles, operational workflow, and project continuity.
- Control Centre technical history – Phases 1-9 as Task records, the underlying architectural Decisions, and Mission Control’s intended responsibilities.

Lower confidence that every specific historical detail (dates, examples, discarded alternatives) has been captured – what exists now is what was explicitly provided across 15 sprints, not an exhaustive archive of everything that was ever discussed.
