Current Project State

Immediate Next Actions

  • Provide the actual ChatGPT transcript, if one exists, so its content can be assessed and migrated.
  • Migrate Business Information next.
  • Keep the Migration Tracker updated after every session.

Long-Term Vision

Unchanged from Sprint 1: the Control Centre becomes the permanent, structured, cross-linked memory of the whole PassLee project – in service of growing passlee.com itself, which remains the primary mission.

Sprint 4 update

The project’s SEO strategy has genuinely shifted: from “improve the homepage” to “build authority” (Google Business Profile, Reviews, Pass Stories, Worcester-specific content, local backlinks). This is now the current, documented strategy in the PassLee SEO Strategy article, with 6 concrete roadmap Tasks created. The homepage is now considered largely complete; the long-empty Homepage Blueprint page has been filled in with current guidance. Immediate next action: begin executing the 6 new SEO roadmap Tasks (all currently Not Started).

Outstanding Risks

  • An assumed “ChatGPT conversation” source has been referenced twice now but never actually shared with Claude – if it genuinely exists and is lost before being provided, that knowledge is gone for good.
  • Some migrated dates (mobile header fix, cache fix) are approximate, since exact dates were not preserved in memory – flagged transparently in each record rather than presented as precise.
  • Dashboard live content still depends entirely on the wp-content/novamira-sandbox PHP files, unchanged risk from Sprint 1.

Immediate Next Actions

  • Provide the actual ChatGPT transcript, if one exists, so its content can be assessed and migrated.
  • Migrate Business Information next.

Knowledge Preservation Project Status

Active, Sprint 2, In Progress. 2 of 13 identified knowledge areas are Verified Complete; several more are In Progress; Business Information, AI Collaboration, and Security History remain Not Started. Full detail in the Knowledge Migration Tracker.

Current Priorities

  • Continue passlee.com knowledge migration: business information (service areas, offering) is the next well-bounded, genuinely-known category.
  • If an actual ChatGPT transcript exists, it must be uploaded/pasted before it can be migrated – it has not yet been made available to Claude.
  • Security & recovery history: nothing currently known; flag if any exists so it can be captured.

This article always represents the current state of the PassLee Knowledge Base project. Update it whenever the phase, priorities, or status change – it is the fastest way for anyone (human or AI) to get oriented.

Current Phase

Knowledge Preservation Project, Sprint 2. Priority order is now: (1) passlee.com SEO/homepage/business knowledge, (2) security & recovery history, (3) remaining Control Centre design decisions, (4) everything else. The Control Centre exists to support the growth of passlee.com – that is the primary mission.

Overall Project Status

On Track. Control Centre architecture is stable and complete through Phase 9. Knowledge migration is actively progressing but far from finished – see the Knowledge Migration Tracker for the full breakdown.

Recently Completed Work

  • Sprint 1: Migration Tracker created; Mission Control & Control Centre Development fully migrated (Verified Complete).
  • Sprint 2: passlee.com Technical & SEO History migrated – mobile header fix, three-layer caching architecture, and one Google Search Console review, each as proper Technical Note / Change / Decision records, cross-linked.
